Didi’s work as a filmmaker explores power dynamics, love, and the messy crossroads where they meet.

Her films follow characters who (un)knowingly possess an element of magic – whether it be impressive dissociative tendencies or inherited psychic ability. This imbues her work with an ineffable quality; films that are experienced rather than merely watched.

Didi graduated with an MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute (AFI) Conservatory in 2024. Her thesis film, IN FOREIGN, is currently on the international festival circuit, most notably the Oscar-qualifying HollyShorts Film Festival in Los Angeles.
